Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Viable Trade Solutions Private Limited, we handle a large volume of jewelry orders daily and aim to provide a seamless experience to all customers.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the orderor before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

 

  1. Return & Refund Eligibility (Within 7 Days)

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product significantly different from description

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, the following are not eligible:

  • Earrings (if worn)
  • Used or damaged products
  • Clearance or sale items

 

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share Order ID, issue details, and product images

 

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.

 

  1. Refund Timeline
  • Approval: 2–3 working days
  • Refund processing: 5–7 working days after approval

 

  1. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).

 

  1. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
