Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Viable Trade Solutions Private Limited, we handle a large volume of jewelry orders daily and aim to provide a seamless experience to all customers.
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the orderor before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Return & Refund Eligibility (Within 7 Days)
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Incorrect item delivered
- Product significantly different from description
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, the following are not eligible:
- Earrings (if worn)
- Used or damaged products
- Clearance or sale items
- Return Process

- Share Order ID, issue details, and product images
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.
- Refund Timeline
- Approval: 2–3 working days
- Refund processing: 5–7 working days after approval
- Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card).
- Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.
